Recipe!
2 Ingredient muffins (via Honey Never Spoils)
(Makes 12 muffins)
You will need:
2 cups of self-rising flour
2 cups of vanilla ice cream (almost completely melted, not soup but close to it.)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450 deg F
- Mix and put in muffin tin – bake for 20-25 minutes. (I did it for 23, and mine were a little uncomfortably brown on top – not burnt though.)
- Eat!
While they’re technically titled “muffins” they don’t particularly stand well on their own – just a bit bland, which is why I added Nutella Frosting. To make a batch to cover these, use half this recipe:
Frosting:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ cup nutella
